Out of Africa - Ashes
A safari hat from our Out of Africa collection that was designed specifically to raise awareness for anti poaching and conservation. Each little item was carefully thought of to bring this design life and to create a conversation starter to spread the awareness.
The hat made with grey felt represents the ashes from the large ivory burn Kenya saw years ago. A leopard print band to stand for the animals in danger, trimmed with ethically sourced feathers shaped into arrows to represent poison arrows, and spears that are used to harm the animals. The quill represents the ivory the animals are sourced for and a Mat Bronze foot print pendant ties the hat together representing wanting to see animal tracks for the rest of time.
A percentage of proceeds will be donated to animal conservation.
This hat can fit a head size of 23 inches and can be stretched even slightly bigger or downsized slightly smaller. Please reach out to inquire further.
